What Does Clean Eating Actually Mean?
Clean Eating is eating “whole” foods, and eating less “processed” foods. This basically means eating meat and vegetables that you cooked yourself rather than foods from a box or package that contain additives, preservatives, and usually tons of sodium. Packaged foods bring a convenience but at a huge detriment to our health. The benefit to clean eating is feeling more vibrant, energetic and happy, rather than tired, depressed, overweight, and/or bloated.

Why Work With Me?
In my healing journey after cancer treatments, I went to school to learn holistic nutrition. First was for myself to nourish my depleted body, then to eventually share and help others. It wasn’t until I attended the Natural Foods Chef Program at my nutrition school and put the nutrition information into practice by COOKING (I now call it the “hands-on” part of nutrition), that it really clicked! And it became my favorite part! I love sharing actionable tips to adjust the way you prepare, cook and eat food to improve your health and way of living.
